I went to Mccormick and Schmicks in downtown Houston with a friends family once, and for desert I got this box o chocolate. Literally, a box frozen solid of dark chocolate, with raspberry syrup, which turned out to be a shell, once it cracked open it revealed this luscious, white chocolate, decadent, mousse filling that converted me to the white chocolate path. I have a muffin tin. Maybe I could make little chocolate mousse boxes.
My birthday is coming up soon. Would it be weird for me to make something for myself for my own birthday?
